We went downstairs immediately, we all headed straight to the gate, immediately we let the gate open, we saw Desmond holding Stella on her hand with a gun pointing on her neck.


Desmond: don’t move, if any of you dares to make a step, I promise you all, I will gun that person down.

THE EVOLUTION EPISODE 7


The atmosphere in the room wasn’t conducive for any of us. We only have one day left to see each other again. Ghost gonna be around first thing tomorrow morning. Am gonna miss my master planners especially my Innocent Stella. I can really see a lot of fear in her eyes but nothing I can do this time. My master planners have already gave up, no more plans, we are waiting solely for the last time.

Me: am so sorry for putting you in this situation, it wasn’t my intention to do so.

Me: how? We only have today, the so called ghost gonna be here tomorrow morning. We don’t have any more chance of escaping baby.

Remembering that am not gonna see my Stella and my master planners made it more difficult for me. Am sure Stella’s father doesn’t know about her missing daughter. The sound from the door side drew everyone attention towards that direction. It was bukola who opened the door. I became scared suddenly.



Bukky: hey guys, we have to leave now..


Everyone: silent


Bukky: you guys should stop stirring at me and follow me. There is no time for this.


Me: ( surprised and confused) another trick right. What are you up to this time.?


Bukky: rely, please you have to trust me this time. I cant let you guys die here. Remembered I told Desmond yesterday that I didn’t no you. Have you asked your self a question why I did that.

One of the girls: rely come on, let’s go. After all we don’t have anything to lose again, we probably gonna be slaughtered or use for anything else. Let try again this time, she might help us escape.


Me:( looked at the girl) shut up!!… Bukky why do you wanna save us. ?


Bukky:( moved closer to me) We don’t have time for question and answer. I will tell you everything right from the beginning once we are out of here.


Me:( looked at Ttech)


Ttech: ( nodding his head which signifies that we should go with her)


Me: ( looked at AY who was not feeling too well)


Bukky: rely we have to go. We have limited time. If you insist staying here, believe you me, you won’t like what you gonna experience here tomorrow.


Me: ( looked at Stella who was still lying on the floor). Where is Desmond and his gang?


Bukky: they went out.. I’m the only one present ..


Me:(move close and hug her then whisper on her ear) please save us.

The nine of us made it down stairs.

Everywhere was quiet. None of gang was around.

Me: are we goanna run all through this bush?


Bukky: we don’t have any choice rely, I don’t have any key to those cars there.


Me: this is crazy girl, they have car, beside the road is too far. Before we can make to the half the road, they gonna caught us girl..


Bukky: we won’t follow the main road.. I know some shortcut inside the bush. We gonna find our way through that bush..


Me: this is dam crazy


Stella: wait, that’s my car over there…


Me: is of no use baby.. You have no key with you.


Stella: I can start the engine without the key. My car have alternative means of starting it..

Everybody was waiting for Stella to perform her miracle which she actually did.


Me:( gave AY a hug) yeah baby, is time to go home.

We parked ourselves inside the car including Bukky. We droved out of the building at exactly 3:15pm According to bukola’s time.

Everyone was anxious of getting home.< story by relysmile > I knew very well that in no time from now, Desmond and his gang will come hunting for us. Stella was speeding the car while bukky was directing her way.


Me: ( stirring at Bukky) now we are out. Thanks for rescuing us. Can you tell me why you did this!


Bukky: rely am very sorry for what am gonna tell you and Ttech now. What you guys did to me long time ago was exactly what I deserved.


Ttech: why did you say that. We had rough threesome and you said you deserved it.
Stella: yes I did. I was on a mission. I was told by a mallam to come take you guys buzzers.


Me: buzzer? That makes no sence. what is he gonna do with it.

Bukky: that I can’t answer because I don’t know. They know exactly how they find those with good destiny. So I was actually sent to useless you both. I actually succeeded taking Ttech buzzers. But when I got to your place, you never allowed me to go because of some transport fare that I requested. I managed to dump Ttech buzzers behind your fridge.

Me: ( adjusted) yeeeh Ttech remember that your buzzers that you were asking me how it got to my place. I even told you I found it behind my fridge.


Bukky: thankGod I didn’t succeed. You both would have been among those guys walking on the street without destiny.


Me: God!!! See what bleeping would have caused me.

Me: what about Desmond and his gang. Who is behind our abduction?


Bukky: I’m Desmond girl friend. They deal with human trafficking. They can kidnap anybody they want. Maybe It was you guys turn. I know you would have heard of ghost.


Me: definitely I do.


Bukky: that man is a devil him self. Had it been we didn’t make it. By the time he will come, some of you will be butchered like a goat. He sells human parts.

Me: you don’t need to go back, you can come with us.


Bukky: if they didn’t see me, they will come looking for me which will put you guys in danger again. You guys should drive straight until you come across a sign post then follow your left. In five minutes time, I guess you guys will start seeing peoples around.


Stella stopped the engine while bukky highlighted from the car. I also came down and gave her a hug.


Me: thanks for saving us. I won’t forget this.

We huged again before she ordered me to go. I waved through the window until I was unable to see her.

We got to Oshidi around 6:07pm. I looked at everyone inside the car. Their faces was full of joy and happiness.


Me:( glancing on the people hulking under Oshidi bridge) yeah, they deserved to be happy.


AY: ( from the back seat) rely, please I wanna go to toilet.
